Land Clearing & Demolition

Land Clearing & Demolition

Land Clearing & Demolition in Greater Houston

From overgrown lots to structures that need to come down, MBM clears the way and hauls every load off the site. One call covers the clearing, the demolition debris and the containers to take it away — so your property is ready for whatever comes next.
One Contractor, One Invoice

Clear the Lot. Drop the Structure. Haul It All Off.

Most land clearing and demolition jobs stall in the same place: the debris. The cutting or the teardown finishes, and then the property sits under a pile nobody scheduled to move.
Debris removal has been MBM’s core business from day one, so we quote the clearing, the demolition and the haul-off as a single job. The containers are on site when the work starts, not days behind it — and when the crew leaves, the site leaves clean.
What We Clear

Land Clearing Services

Whatever is standing between you and a usable piece of property.

Lot & Acreage Clearing

Overgrown residential lots, commercial parcels and raw acreage opened back up so the property is usable and ready for survey, build or sale.

Brush, Undergrowth & Vegetation

Heavy brush, vines, scrub and years of undergrowth cut back and carried off, including fence lines, easements and property boundaries.

Tree & Stump Debris Removal

Downed trees, limbs, root balls and stump grindings gathered, loaded and hauled away once the cutting is finished.

Site Prep & Final Cleanup

The last pass before the next trade shows up: debris cleared, the surface raked down and the site handed over clean.

What We Tear Down

Demolition Services

Selective interior work through full outbuilding teardowns — debris included.

Interior & Selective Demolition

Kitchens, baths, flooring, drywall and built-ins taken out for a remodel, with the structure around them left intact.

Garages, Sheds & Outbuildings

Detached garages, sheds, carports, barns and other outbuildings taken down and the footprint cleared to grade.

Concrete, Slabs & Hardscape

Driveways, patios, walkways, slabs, retaining walls and foundations broken out and removed, sized for weight rather than volume.

Pools, Decks & Fencing

Tired decking, old fence runs and pool surrounds pulled out and hauled away in one coordinated visit.

The MBM Difference

Why Property Owners Call MBM

How It Works

A Simple, Predictable Process

01

Tell Us About the Site

Send photos, an address or a rough description of the lot or structure. The more we can see up front, the tighter the number comes back.

02

Walkthrough & Written Quote

We confirm the scope, the access and the disposal needs, then put the price in writing. No moving numbers later.

03

Schedule & Set Containers

We lock in a date and place the right containers so debris never becomes the thing that holds up the job.

04

Clear, Demo & Haul Off

The work gets done, the debris leaves with us, and you get a site that is ready to use.

FAQ

Questions We Get a Lot

Yes. Debris removal is what MBM does every day, so the clearing or demolition and the haul-off are quoted and scheduled as one job. You don’t need to line up a separate hauler or a separate container company.

It comes down to the size of the parcel, how dense the growth is, how easily trucks can reach the site, and how much debris the job produces. Send us photos and an address and we’ll come back with a written quote at no cost and no obligation.
Permit requirements vary by city and by what is being demolished — interior remodels, detached structures and full teardowns are all treated differently across the Houston metro. We’ll tell you what we know for your address, but the permit itself is pulled by the property owner or the general contractor.
Yes. Driveways, patios, walkways, slabs and retaining walls are broken out and hauled off. Concrete is heavy, so we size those containers for weight rather than volume — that gets factored into the quote up front.
We take care with placement and can lay down protection under the container. If you have a concern about a particular surface, mention it when you book and we’ll plan the drop around it.
That depends on the size of the job and what is already on the schedule, but we’re reachable 24/7 and can often get containers on site quickly. Call 346.306.7491 and we’ll tell you what is actually available this week.
