Yes. Debris removal is what MBM does every day, so the clearing or demolition and the haul-off are quoted and scheduled as one job. You don’t need to line up a separate hauler or a separate container company.

How much does land clearing cost in the Houston area?

Do I need a permit for demolition?

Permit requirements vary by city and by what is being demolished — interior remodels, detached structures and full teardowns are all treated differently across the Houston metro. We’ll tell you what we know for your address, but the permit itself is pulled by the property owner or the general contractor.

Can you take out a concrete driveway or slab?

Yes. Driveways, patios, walkways, slabs and retaining walls are broken out and hauled off. Concrete is heavy, so we size those containers for weight rather than volume — that gets factored into the quote up front.

Will a container damage my driveway?

We take care with placement and can lay down protection under the container. If you have a concern about a particular surface, mention it when you book and we’ll plan the drop around it.
